Sher-e-Punjab Sports and Cultural Society Cincinnati, Dayton, Lima and Columbus Ohio presents Khed Mela 3. It will be held on September 14, 2013. Punjab Sports and Cultural Club, Ohio is also organizing another mela on September 28th, 2013. There will be Kabaddi, Volleyball, Cricket matches and other sport activities in both events. Here are details for each Mela.
Punjab Sports and Cultural Club Mela
Kabaddi- Boys (First-$5100, Second-$3100)
Volleyball : Men (First-$1500, Second-$1100)
Volleyball : Women (First-$700, Second-$500)
Cricket : Men (First-$500, Second-$300)
When: Sept. 28, 2013
Where : Monroe Community Park( 412 Old Street, Monroe, OH 45050)
Time : 10 AM onwards
Also there will be special Gidha , Bhangra and Singing performance by local talent. There will be No ticket, free Parking and free food (Jalebi, Pakora, Bar B Q and Lunch) is offered. Also Punjabi Singer Baljeet Malwa will entertain audience with his hit numbers.
