Haani is an upcoming Punjabi movie starring Harbhajan Mannand Sarabjit Cheema and rest of the cast includes Maninder Kaur, Sardar Sohi, Rupan Bal, Bhajna Amli, Balwinder Bicky and many more.The movie is slated to be released on 6th September, 2013.

In this movie first time Harbhajan Mann and Sarabjit Cheema work together, are well Known and very old singers of Punjab,mostly Known for their good work, always promotes Punjabi culture in their movies and music albums. Both were given lots of hit Numbers in Punjabi Music.

The movie is being directed by Amitoje Mann, under the Mannerism Productions, who is known for his direction as well as acting in movies such as Kaafila and Hawayein.

Jaidev Kumar will be composing the music for the movie and the lyrics will be by Baabu Singh Maan (Maan Mararan Wala).

The Shiromani Akali Dal got a major shot in arm today as in a historic move lakhs of party workers of Lok Bhalai Party (LBP) under the leadership of former Union Minister and party Chief  Balwant Singh Ramoowalia announced its merger in SAD, here today in the presence of Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and the Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal.   It is a Major gain for SAD and now congress and Sanjha Morcha, primarily PPP are much  worried with this move.

Badal on Tuesday had made an appeal to Ramoowalia to join hands for the welfare of the State. Ramoowalia, in turn, expressed faith in the ‘pro-people and development policies of the SAD-BJP alliance Government’, while announcing his decision to combine forces with the SAD. 
Addressing the gathering, Badal said that it was a golden and historic day for the State as LBP decided to join hands with SAD, which would not only help in rooting out the anti- Punjab and anti-development Congress party from the State but would also ensure the sustainability of the unparalleled development in Punjab. Terming the merger of LBP as homecoming for Ramoowalia, the Chief Minister said that the former Union Minister had served SAD, the country and the State when he held key positions in the Union Government. 


Sukhbir pointed to the size of the gathering and said that the presence of lakhs of people in the rally indicated that people were ready to teach the Congress party a lesson. With the merger of LBP, the CM’s deputy was sure that the alliance Government would rule the State for another 50 years. Sukhbir continued his diatribe against the Congress invoking the recent string of corruption scandals in what could be seen as the initiation of the SAD’s election campaign.
