Akshay said his “performance” will be “dedicated” to the kabaddi fans who will come together to cheer the teams.Akshay also owns a team in WKL called "Khalsa Warriors".
Pargat Singh, commissioner of WKL, is confident that Akshay’s performance will be a true firebrand opening for the event. He is a global star and his fan following is spread across the world. His performance at the inauguration will be a true firebrand opening of the League” He Added.

Top players from across the world will be participating in the League which will commence from the O2 Arena.
With a capacity of over 20,000 seats, O2 will surely see some high performance trailblazing entertainment in the form of dance and sport.
